We are committed to providing a simple, convenient, and professional experience for our patients.

Our Patient Service Centers are conveniently located throughout Vermont and in select locations in New Hampshire and Maine. This offers unparalleled flexibility for both healthcare providers and patients.

Patients of participating healthcare providers can visit any of our locations during business hours to provide their urine sample for drug screening. No appointment is necessary.
