We are a Medicare and Medicaid provider for laboratory services and an in-network provider with most commercial insurance plans. 
After your insurance carrier has been billed for services, you may receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) for such. Although the EOB details the costs of laboratory services performed, an EOB is NOT a bill.
As required by law, we will send a bill in an attempt to collect any co-pays, deductibles or other fees for which your insurance carrier deems you responsible.
You would also receive a bill if your insurance carrier does not cover testing or if you are uninsured.
