Dominion Diagnostics Honored As One of the 2017 Best Places to Work in Rhode Island
Dominion Diagnostics has been named as one of the 2017 Best Places to Work in Rhode Island. First recognized two years ago among the 2015 Best Places to Work in Rhode Island winners, this marks Dominion’s second honor in the annual list.
The Best Places to Work in Rhode Island awards program identifies, recognizes, and honors the top employers in the state. This program benefits Rhode Island’s economy, workforce, and businesses. The 2017 list includes 60 outstanding companies.
Providence Business News and Best Companies Group present the award annually, with sponsorship from UnitedHealthcare, Cox Business, Pawtucket Credit Union, and USI Insurance. Companies from across the state participate in an evaluation process to earn a spot on the Best Places to Work in Rhode Island list. During this process, evaluators review workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, demographics, and the overall employee experience.
Dominion Diagnostics has received recognition for three consecutive years as one of the Healthiest Employers in Rhode Island. Additionally, the company has achieved exemplary winner status in the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Rhode Island Worksite Health Awards for two consecutive years.
