ORAL FLUID TESTING
Oral fluid drug testing (OFT) is a convenient alternative to urine drug testing (UDT) for circumstances where warranting an alternate method, such as patients who can not void due to renal failure and other situations. A convenient offering when there is no restroom available for use.

URINE STI TESTING
Non-invasive Urine Testing for detection of Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) is available to all of our clients to help meet ASAM screening requirements and to detect asymptomatic infections of Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Trichomoniasis and Mycoplasma.
BLOOD TESTING
A robust menu of routine chemistry tests/panels, organ-specific and disease panels, hematology and microbiology testing. Rapid results to meet immediate screening, diagnosis and monitoring needs. Specialized logistics support, phlebotomy services and supplies for specimen integrity.
URINE DRUG TESTING
Urine Drug Testing is considered the “gold standard” for drug monitoring, with longer lookback windows and more metabolite visibility for insights into how the medications are being processed in the body.
We offer state-of-the-art analytical methods for presumptive and definitive urine drug testing of parent drugs and/or metabolites with industry-low detection limits to ensure scientifically sound insight into drug elimination and/or usage over time.
We also offer lightning-fast result turnaround time (TAT) typically 24H for Preliminary and 72H for LCMS results.
THE METHODOLOGIES FOR URINE DRUG TESTING
Enzyme Immunoassay (EIA)
EIA, used for the initial test in the analysis, is designed to detect the presence of multiple drugs and/or drug metabolites. EIA technology involves a specialized enzyme mixed with analyte-specific antibodies. If analyte (drug) is present in the specimen, an active enzyme will form generating a color change that can be measured on a spectrophotometric analyzer. The amount of enzyme formed is proportional to the amount of analyte present in the specimen. EIA provides only a preliminary analytical test result. A more specific alternative chemical method (e.g., UPLC-MS/MS) must be used to obtain a confirmed analytical result.
Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent
Assay (ELISA)
ELISAs are microplate-based assays designed for the detection of either a specific analyte or group of compounds. Unlike an EIA, the ELISA requires a multi-step approach, where the key step requires immobilization of the target antigen. The assay itself can be performed with a number of modifications of the basic procedure including the use of a single or multiple capture antibodies to detect the antigen in a non-competitive manner. Alternatively, the ELISA can be performed as a competitive assay. The latter method is commonly used in commercially available ELISA kits.
Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography / Tandem Mass
Spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS)
UPLC-MS/MS is a highly specific method used in the definitive identification of individual drug analytes. Compounds are analyzed by chromatographic separation (UPLC), followed by tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS). With the addition of the UPLC component, the target compound(s) can be isolated from other sample components using specialized columns and solvents. This “pre-fractionated” sample is then introduced into the mass spectrometer, where it is ionized and fragmented. The detection and identification of specific analyte(s) is made based on the molecular characteristics (i.e., m/z) of both the precursor and product ions. By combining the physical separation capabilities of UPLC with the mass analysis and detection capabilities of tandem mass spectrometry, UPLC-MS/MS serves as the preferred method for the definitive identification and quantification of specific drugs and drug metabolites in biological samples.contact us for more information.
ORAL FLUID TESTING

Oral fluid drug testing (OFT) is a convenient alternative to urine drug testing (UDT) for circumstances where warranting an alternate method, such as patients who can not void due to renal failure and other situations. A convenient offering when there is no restroom, our oral fluid device is easy to use in just 6 easy steps.
Step 1
Open package and remove device
Step 2
Place the collection pad and plastic shield between the lower cheek and gum with the plastic shield facing the cheek
Step 3
After about 10 minutes the blue color will appear in the window of the handle
Step 4
Hold the tube upright and remove the cap from the Collection Tube
Step 5
Place thumb on the ridges of the Oral Fluid Collector handle and push forward to eject the pad from the handle and into the Collection Tube. Discard the plastic handle.
Step 6
Click the tube shut, place seal over the top and send off to the laboratory

For our Substance Use Disorder Treatment customers, we offer phlebotomy services for a continuation of care. We aim to be your single source solution, and we know that offering on-site phlebotomy ensures better outcomes for patients as they are more likely to be compliant with bloodwork and necessary screening tests.
We carefully screen our phlebotomists to ensure they are adept at handling hard sticks, as well as having the emotional intelligence necessary to handle the anxieties one might have about blood drawn while in recovery.
We offer specialized logistics support phlebotomy services
and supplies to allow for specimen integrity. Most of our bloodwork results within 24 hours of receipt of the specimen at the laboratory.
