North Kingstown, RI (July 24, 2026) – Dominion Diagnostics was recognized with an Exemplary Worksite Health Award from Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island (BCBSRI) and the Greater Providence Chamber of Commerce (the Chamber) for effective programs encouraging employee health and well-being in a meaningful way.
The Employee Success Team at Dominion Diagnostics leads a variety of initiatives designed to support employees’ physical, financial, and overall well-being. Throughout the year, the team organizes wellness challenges, educational webinars, healthy recipe cooking demonstrations, financial wellness seminars, and a Virtual Health Fair that brings health resources directly to employees across the company’s distributed workforce. Together, these programs encourage healthy habits, continuous learning, and meaningful employee engagement while reinforcing Dominion Diagnostics’ commitment to creating a workplace where employees can thrive.
Denise Driscoll, Vice President of Human Resources and executive sponsor of the Employee Success Team, adds, “I’m continually impressed by our team’s ability to find innovative ways to engage employees across our distributed workforce, especially those outside of Rhode Island. Dominion Diagnostics was one of nearly 50 Rhode Island businesses honored by BCBSRI and the Chamber with a Worksite Health Award at a breakfast attended by hundreds of state business leaders. The event celebrated local businesses who have demonstrated a commitment to improving Rhode Islanders’ overall health through innovative wellness programs.
